My Villa in the Sun is a small villa rental site for selected property owners in Almeria, Spain. The site needed to be bright and friendly to appeal to the target market and be easy for visitors to navigate. The site includes integration with a third party provider to allow visitors to view property availability and making bookings online.

Ampheon were approached to design this site for one of London's leading architectural firms. The static site of approximately 20 pages needed to be built in a search-engine friendly way to enable a successfull indexing and promotion.

A small brochure web site was required to promote our client�s business in the sale of brown field development land. The site included a number of static pages together with a latest news section that can be updated directly by the client without requiring any special training. The site was complimented through a carefully managed pay-per-click campaign.

The client required a small web site with the ability to update all static content pages, and add, modify, and remove details of properties for sale, lease, and rent. The finished site also includes a dynamically generated 'slide show' that takes the site visitor through a small online tour of each of the client's properties.

The company requested that their existing web site (designed by Ampheon several years ago) be redeveloped to provide a fresh new professional design that would also incorporate an online calculation and payment facility via Barclays ePDQ for site surveys. Over the years the site has proved extremely successful and with the new design, the company are anticipating further growth.
